Questions about regular cleaning
Will I get the same cleaner each time?
Yes, whenever we can. If your cleaner is sick or on leave we tell you before the visit and send someone who has your notes.
Can I skip a visit?
Yes. Tell us 48 hours ahead and there's no charge. You can pause for holidays too.
Why does the first visit cost more?
The first visit is a deep clean so we start from a clean slate. Every visit after that is the regular price.
