Accessibility
How we make this site work for everyone, and how to tell us when it doesn't.
Last updated
We want everyone to be able to price and book a clean on this site, including people using a screen reader, keyboard, switch device or zoom.
Our target
We build and test this site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. That covers colour contrast, keyboard access, labelled form fields, visible focus, and tap targets large enough for a finger.
The floor plan
The floor plan calculator works with a keyboard: every room you can add is a button, and the plan always has a written list of the rooms included beside it.
If something doesn’t work
Call or email us and tell us what you were trying to do. We’ll book you in over the phone straight away, and fix the problem on the site.
