What sets the price
We quote per site, not per room. These are the five things we measure on the walk-through.
- Floor area
- The square metres we clean, and how many levels, kitchens and bathrooms that covers.
- Floor types
- Carpet, hard floors and vinyl need different equipment and time, and some need periodic machine scrubbing.
- Frequency
- How many cleans a week. A site cleaned often takes less time each visit, so each clean costs less.
- Cleaning hours
- After hours, early morning or while you are open, and the access and alarm rules that come with each.
- Consumables
- Whether we supply toilet paper, hand towels, soap and bin liners, or you do. Supplies are listed separately on the quote.
The quote is a fixed price per clean. It changes only if the scope does, and we agree that with you first.
Compliance
What a contractor register usually asks for. Ask for any of it before we start.
- A current certificate of currency on request, sent the same business day.
- Public liability insurance of $20 million.
- Every cleaner holds a current national police check.
- Cleaners are our employees, not subcontractors, and covered by workers’ compensation.
- Our WHS procedures and safe work method statements, on request.

About 30 minutes on site. We measure, note floor types, access and alarm procedures, and agree what is cleaned and how often.

Questions from facility managers
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry public liability insurance of $20 million, and every cleaner is covered by workers' compensation.
Do you clean offices after hours?
Yes. Most office cleans happen early morning or after 5pm. Request a walk-through and we'll price your site properly.
Can you provide an insurance certificate?
Yes. We send a current certificate of currency on request, usually the same day.
