Your first visit on a regular plan is priced as a deep clean, so we start from clean; every visit after that is the regular price.

What changes the price
- Rooms
- $129 covers 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, the living area and kitchen. Each extra bedroom adds $20, each extra bathroom $30, a study $12 and a laundry $10.
- Type of clean
- Deep, move-in and end of lease cleans do more in every room, so they cost 1.6, 1.8 and 2.2 times the regular price.
- How often
- Regular visits every week, fortnight or month cost less each time. End of lease and move-in cleans are always a single visit.
- Extras
- Jobs that take real time on their own, like inside the oven, are added at a flat price so you only pay for what you choose.
- The state of the home
- If a home needs much more than the price allows for, your cleaner calls you before going on. We never add to the bill without asking first.
For example: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living, kitchen, cleaned every fortnight, is $179 a visit, and $318 for the first visit.
