One of our own employed cleaners, not a subcontractor. Every cleaner holds a current national police check and has passed an interview and a paid trial clean.

Yes, all products and equipment, including a vacuum and mop. If you'd like us to use your own products, leave them out and add a note.

Yes. We carry public liability insurance of $20 million, and every cleaner is covered by workers' compensation.

Keys live in a locked key safe at our base. Each one has a coded tag with no name or address, so a lost key can't be traced to your home.

It's stored with your booking, seen only by your cleaner and our office, and deleted when your service ends.

Yes. With at least 48 hours' notice there's no charge. With less notice there's a $50 late-change fee, because your cleaner has set aside the time.

Your cleaner calls you and waits 20 minutes. After that there's a $60 lockout fee and we rebook the clean.

Yes. Tell us about them when you book. We ask that dogs who aren't comfortable with visitors are kept outside or in another room.

We charge the card on file after each clean and email a tax invoice. Prices include GST.

Yes. Most office cleans happen early morning or after 5pm. Request a walk-through and we'll price your site properly.

Yes. We send a current certificate of currency on request, usually the same day.
