  • Every cleaner holds a current national police check, renewed every three years.
  • Each one passes an interview and a paid trial clean with a team lead.
  • They are our employees, not subcontractors, covered by our insurance and workers’ compensation.
  • You get the same cleaner each visit whenever we can, with notes on how you like things done.

    You hear from us within 2 business hours, with your cleaner's name.

  3. A reminder the day before

    With your arrival window, so you can leave a key or be home.

  4. Tell us how we went

    A link to leave a review after the clean. Missed something? We come back within 24 hours.

Managing an office, clinic or strata building?

We price commercial cleaning after a walk-through of your site, and send insurance certificates on request.

Questions people ask

Do I need to be home?

No. Most clients leave a key, a lockbox code or a door code when they book. You can also be home if you'd rather.

Who will come to my home?

One of our own employed cleaners, not a subcontractor. Every cleaner holds a current national police check and has passed an interview and a paid trial clean.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes, all products and equipment, including a vacuum and mop. If you'd like us to use your own products, leave them out and add a note.

Can I cancel or move a clean?

Yes. With at least 48 hours' notice there's no charge. With less notice there's a $50 late-change fee, because your cleaner has set aside the time.

What if something is missed?

Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and re-clean it free.
